BIOGRAPHY
Jesús "YISUS" Rivero, musician and guitarist since he was 8 years old. It began in church choirs in Embarcación, Salta. A city 100 km from the Bolivian border. He studied with various teachers of the style, as well as literacy and theory. He played in folklore ensembles in his early teens. Then he dabbled in the blues, reading books, listening to records and with friends who passed the "data" they got. He arrived in Buenos Aires where he finds his place in the world. The passion for electric guitar begins, where his adolescence was a tour of playing neoclassical metal. His influences Malmsteen / Giardino / Satriani / Vai / Gilbert / Bettencourt, among others. 7-hour days of practice and discipline, in addition to starting his studies at the San Martín Conservatory, make him look for his own style. Tired of playing in rock / funk / solo formations. DREAM THEATER came into his life and his desire to be a musician was a very clear vision, ( JOHN PETRUCCI my greatest influence). Then he meets his friend Emiliano Carambia , a great drummer, where they form Simetría Imperfecta , they composed the album OTRA REALIDAD where he also produces it with only 22 years. We played on stages in Capital, Greater Buenos Aires, interior of the country, and three dates in Bolivia (Cochabamba, La Paz and Santa Cruz de las Sierras), excellent reviews from the media, one of them JEDBANGERS Magazine , they are among the best records from 2011.
He teaches at La Casa Del Batero Carambia in the Belgrano neighborhood, ten years ago developing the style and instruction of many guitarists. He began to study composition with Mauro De María , a fundamental part of his development as a composer and artist. He began his session work in studios such as ION , DEL ABASTO and a long etcetera. He began his work for Sony Music and Fa Sustained productions where as a session player he was in the best stages of the country ( Vorterix , Tecnópolis , etc ... more than 120 shows in 7 years), Chile, Mexico and the interior of the country, thanks to the idea of Diego Sáenz (producer of GUSTAVO CERATI , SODA CIRQUE ) begins to develop his solo project MANDATTO, which required the study of singing, bass, drums, and the assembly of a Home Studio. Mandatto Records is born. Continuing his development as a guitarist, already thinking of generating his own voice, for 5 years he did not stop studying and developing the compositions, writing and producing the tracks. It did take 5 years!
